What can I expect during my first appointment?

If it is your first time here, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so it does not take up your treatment time. Wait in the reception area- I will come meet you and provide the health history intake form (unless you completed it beforehand online). We will also set up any insurance information and take payment prior to the appointment starting.
The duration of your appointment includes a health history intake and discussion of your primary concerns, an objective assessment, reviewing informed consent, treatment and remedial exercise prescription.

How can I find you?

We are located in Harbourfront Business Center on West Esplanade in North Vancouver. The entrance from the street is directly between the Subway and Isabelle’s Bridal.

Take the elevator to the 5th floor, or stairs if you prefer!

Upon arrival, please have a seat in the common reception area and I will come get you.
